What is a blocked PIN?

Your PIN is automatically blocked if it is entered incorrectly three times, even at different locations, for your protection. Once your PIN is blocked, it is temporarily disabled. Use the unblock PIN feature to unblock your PIN and use your credit card again.

Please note: a blocked PIN does not stop all transactions and you would still be responsible for its use including if it is lost or stolen (if not reported). Please treat a credit card that has a blocked PIN like any other active credit card.

A blocked PIN will not prevent transactions that do not require a PIN, such as swipe-card transactions, balance transfers and deposits. You will still be responsible for all transactions while your PIN is blocked.
